How It Works
Our Proven 6 Step Process
#1 Initial Consultation & Planning
We start by defining your vision, budget, and scope. The contract is finalized, and necessary financing arrangements are secured. This sets the framework for the entire building process.
#2 Concept & Feasibility Review
Plans are finalized and submitted to the municipal office for review. We secure all required permits, including building, electrical, and plumbing, ensuring full compliance before breaking ground.
#3 Foundation & Site Prep
The lot is prepared, staked out, and excavated. Footings and foundation walls are formed and poured. A municipal inspection may be conducted before the outside perimeter is backfilled.
#4 Framing & Systems Rough-In
Exterior walls, partitions, and the roof are assembled into the skeleton. Windows and doors are installed. All essential internal systems (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC ducts) are roughed in.
#5 Interior & Exterior Finishing
Insulation and vapor barrier installed, followed by inspection and drywall. Painting, flooring, and cabinetry are completed inside. Siding, eaves, and final lot grading are completed outside.
#6 Final Touches & Handover
The final stage involves completing all last-minute touch-ups and a thorough cleaning. A comprehensive walk-through with the builder precedes the final date of possession and key handover
